Terms and Conditions
1. Supplier Identification
The chauffeur/taxi rental service is provided by Taxi di Capocasale Giancarlo, with registered office at Via Marco Polo 12, 33052 Cervignano del Friuli (UD),

2. Definitions
• Client/Passenger: the natural or legal person requesting the service.
• Service: transportation of persons and related luggage with vehicle and driver.
• Booking: request for Service sent by telephone;
3. Subject Matter of the Contract
This contract governs the conditions of use of the Service, operational 24 hours a day for urban, suburban, national and international routes, including airport transfers (Trieste Airport “Ronchi dei Legionari”, Venice “Marco Polo”), business trips, ceremonies, excursions and transport of bicycles or small groups up to 8+1 seats per vehicle (up to 23 total seats).
4. Bookings, Changes and Cancellations
4.1 Confirmation – The booking is binding only after written or telephone confirmation of 4.2 Changes – Any variations (time, route, number of passengers) must be communicated promptly;
4.3 Cancellation –
• Free up to 12 hours before the agreed time.
• Between 12 and 2 hours: penalty 50% of the fare.
• Less than 2 hours or no-show: penalty 100%.
4.4 No-show & Customer delays – Including a free waiting time of 15 minutes;
beyond that, parking tariff applies according to the meter or €25/hour prorated.
5. Fares and Payments
5.1 Price calculation –
agreed at the time of booking; excluding tolls, parking, ZTL, extra for night trips (22:00-06:00) and public holidays.
5.2 Payments – Cash; credit/debit cards; POS available for amounts ≥ €100;
advance bank transfer
5.3 Invoicing – Receipt/electronic invoice upon request electronic invoice
6. Passenger Obligations
• Use seat belts.
• Do not transport dangerous or illegal materials.
• Keep personal belongings safe; the Supplier is not responsible for losses.
• Report the presence of pets (allowed if in a carrier or with
muzzle/leash).
• Request a child seat in advance (mandatory < 36 kg).
7. Supplier Obligations and Liability
• Guarantee vehicles in compliance with inspection, RC Auto insurance and NCC license.
• Ensure the professionalism and psychophysical fitness of the driver.
• Not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, strikes, unforeseen breakdowns or force majeure; in such cases liability is limited to reimbursement of only the amount already paid for the trip not performed.
8. Luggage and Lost Items
Luggage is transported at the Client’s risk. Items found on board will be kept for 30 days and may be returned upon reimbursement of shipping costs.
9. Insurance
The Supplier is covered by RC Auto insurance with limits in accordance with Italian regulations, extended to passenger transport. Additional coverage (e.g. luggage) is not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service by e-mail or PEC. The Supplier will respond within 30 days.
11. Privacy
The processing of personal data takes place in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the Privacy Notice published on the website.
